Demetrius K. Samu-el, Sr. is a native of Buffalo, NY, who moved to Charlotte with his new bride, Catherine, more than 25 years ago. He faithfully served as Executive Assistant to Bishop C. E. Anderson, Sr. for 15 yrs. Then, ventured out to start his own ministry, Shiloh COGIC.

Pastor Samu-el is an astute Gospel preacher, caring pastor, a man of integrity, and devoted family man. He is a Friend to many, a Father to a couple, and a Husband to one. He is a man that seeks after God; he is a trusted friend, and as all good shepherds do, he is willing to give his all for the flock.
 
Pastor Samu-el studied Journalism/Mass Communications at St. Bonaventure University; Theology at Regent University and Apex School of Theology, is a career professional with experience in investment banking and healthcare. He is a lifelong learner, currently pursuing advanced degrees in theology and systems management.
